These are the significant events of Dwilight (beginnings and endings to realms and religions, ducal, diplomatic, and ruler changes) in detail. The Age of Colonization saw the beginnings and collapses of empires and religions, and, of course, the founding of realms.

  • 2008.01.?? The first explorers discover Dwilight.
  • 2008.01.10 The first nobles arrive. Four realms are founded; Madina, Morek, Pian en Luries, Springdale.
  • 2008.01.?? Older, experienced nobles arrive.
  • 2008.01.?? Young, new nobles start arriving.

  • ~2008.02.12 Madina - Ruler Abbot Nosferatus elected.
  • ~2008.02.12 Springdale - Ruler Attius Miriel elected.
  • ~2008.02.12 Morek - Ruler Deverka Cryfdwr elected.
  • ~2008.02.12 Pian en Luries - Ruler Kaennji Shenron elected.
  • ~2008.02.12 Madina - Has captured the city of Fissoa.
  • ~2008.02.12 Springdale - Has captured the stronghold of Nifelhold.

Winter

(February 15, 2008 to March 7, 2008)

  • 2008.02.18 Springdale - Neel Arya leads successful revolt, reforms the monarchy.
  • 2008.02.20 Pian en Luries - City of Askileon taken over.
  • 2008.02.29 Springdale - City of Muspelheim taken over.
  • 2008-03-02 Pian en Luries - City of Giask taken over.
  • 2008-03-02 Springdale - City of Aegir taken over.
  • 2008.03.06 Pian en Luries - King Kaennji Shenron steps down from his rulership due to illness.
  • 2008-03-08 Springdale - Leads successful colony takeover of Valkyrja. The new colony is named Everguard and Fisc Arylon is elected its first monarch.

Spring

(March 8, 2008 to March 29, 2008)

  • 2008-03-10 Pian en Luries - City of Giask revolts and declares independence, it is later retaken.
  • 2008-03-11 Morek - City of Ünterstrom taken over.
  • 2008-03-11 Pian en Luries - Alanna Anaris elected queen.
  • 2008-03-16 Everguard - Fisc Arylon elected High King.
  • 2008-03-16 Madina - City of Paisly taken over.
  • 2008-03-25 Pian en Luries - City of Port Nebel taken over.
  • 2008-03-28 Morek - Zul'Jin II Stormreaver calls for a rebellion. It fails in 3 days.
  • 2008-03-28 Grand Duchy of Fissoa - Duke Leon Agenor secedes from Madina, forming the 6th realm on Dwilight
  • 2008-03-29 Madina - Leads successful colony takeover of Eidulb which will become Caerwyn.

  • 2008-05-01 Pian en Luries declares war on Grand Duchy of Fissoa citing violated claims as casus belli.
  • 2008-05-02 Pian en Luries - Tournament held in Poryatown, Finegus O'Shea wins the swordfighting.
  • 2008-05-08 Everguard - City of Eidulb revolts and joins Astrum.
  • 2008-05-09 Madina - Kolya Ishimu is elected Grand Doge.
  • 2008-05-12 Everguard - Jack Carnes is elected High King.
  • 2008-05-12 Astrum - Alexandria Dwarvenite is elected Ruler.

Winter

(May 13, 2008 to June 3, 2008)

  • 2008-05-13 Caerwyn - Completes successful colony takeover of Chrysantalys to form Viridian.
  • 2008-05-13 Shadovar - Declares war on Melodia, claiming dominion over the Tomb Islands.
  • 2008-05-13 Madina - Declares war on Shadovar.
  • 2008-05-14 Caerwyn - Declares war on Shadovar.
  • 2008-05-15 Astrum - Eidulb revolts.
  • 2008-05-16 Viridian - Vesna Valentine elected ruler, name changed from Caerwyn Colony.
  • 2008-05-20 Melodia - Rebellion overthrows the government. Quintus Scarlett announced new ruler. Melodia is reformed into a Republic.

Spring

(June 4, 2008 to June 25, 2008)

  • 2008-06-04 Verus Luria - Realm formed when Poryatown secedes from Pian en Luries, which proposes peace to the Grand Duchy of Fissoa to focus on quelling the revolt.
  • 2008-06-05 Melodia - Cedes Raviel Island to Shadovar in exchange for an alliance.
  • 2008-06-05 Verus Luria - Poryatu, Nid Tek and Lupa Lapu switch back to Pian en Luries.
  • 2008-06-05 Springdale - Tournament held in Aegir, Farlouche Biz'Oûn wins the swordfighting.
  • 2008-06-11 Magna Aenilia Ecclesia - New religion formed in the city of Poryatown.
  • 2008-06-15 Astrum -Astrum takes the city of Eidulb.
  • 2008-06-21 Melodia - Angry about the alliance with former enemy Shadovar, some disgruntled nobles seize control of Paisly and change allegiance to Madina. Melodia is lost.
  • 2008-06-26 Madina - Citizens of Paisly are angry about the betrayal of their government, revolt against Madina and turn rogue.

Year 3

(June 26, 2008 to September 20, 2008)

  • 2008-07-03 Shadovar - Monsters overrun Port Raviel.
  • 2008-07-05 Everguard - Valkyrja revolts.
  • 2008-07-08 Magna Aenilia Ecclesia - Religion destroyed when their last temple falls apart.
  • 2008-07-08 Verus Luria - Realm destroyed when their last region revolts to Pian en Luries.
  • 2008-07-12 Astrum - Astrum takes the city of Mimer.
  • 2008-07-12 Shadovar - Monsters overrun the Qubel Lighthouse.

Autumn

(July 18, 2008 to August 8, 2008)

Winter

(August 9, 2008 to August 30, 2008)

  • 2008-08-11 Porto Lancia - Qubel Lighthouse revolts against the new colony, resulting in the destruction of the colony.
  • 2008-08-27 Madina - Rebellion in Madina. The rebellion fails.
  • 2008-08-30 Ordo Concilium - The religion Ordo Concilium was founded in the region of Raviel.

Spring

(August 31, 2008 to September 20, 2008)

  • 2008-09-01 Springdale - City of Aegir revolts and declares independence.
  • 2008-09-01 Pian en Luries - Poryatown revolts and declares independence.
  • 2008-09-05 Shadovar - Rebellion begins in Shadovar. The rebellion is successful, and Shadovar is reformed as a monarchy.
  • 2008-09-07 Madina - Tacin Uskarik is elected Grand Doge.
  • 2008-09-08 Springdale - City of Aegir recaptured.
  • 2008-09-12 Viridian - The capital city of Chrysantalys revolts and declares independence. Viridian is destroyed.
  • 2008-09-16 Shadovar - Duchess Katayanna Ogren secedes the city of Port Raviel to form the realm of D'Hara.

Year 4

(September 21, 2008 to December 21, 2008) - Slightly longer year than normal due to intervention by the gods

  • 2008-09-21 Pian en Luries - Giask revolts and declares independence.
  • 2008-09-21 Everguard - Fisc Arylon, a noble of Everguard, founded the religion of Torenism in the region of Ygg d'Razhuul.
  • 2008-09-24 Grand Duchy of Fissoa - Samuel Quasath, a noble of the Grand Duchy of Fissoa, has founded the religion of Nomudou in the region of Libba.
  • 2008-09-26 Pian en Luries - Giask recaptured.
  • 2008-10-01 Morek - City of Ünterstrom taken over.

Autumn

(October 13, 2008 to November 7, 2008) - Slightly longer season than normal due to intervention by the gods

  • 2008-10-13 D'Hara - City of Port Nebel taken over.
  • 2008-10-15 Shadovar - The last region of Shadovar, Nebel, switches allegiance to D'Hara. Shadovar is lost.
  • 2008-10-15 Pian en Luries - The new religion of the Order of St. Iestyn is founded by Sir Drystan Bellator.
  • 2008-10-15 Ordo Concilium - Religion destroyed when their last temple was demolished.
  • 2008-10-17 D'Hara - The new religion of The Way of the Dragons is founded.
  • 2008-10-18 Morek - City of Ünterstrom revolts and declares independence.
  • 2008-10-20 D'Hara - City of Paisly taken over.
  • 2008-10-24 Caerwyn - Sir Atwin Derhem forms the religion of Verdis Elementum in Dunnbrook.
  • 2008-10-28 Morek - Tournament held in Donghaiwei, Charlotte Grancourt wins the swordfighting and Kazm Kybar wins the jousting.
  • 2008-10-28? D'Hara - City of Paisly revolts and declares independence.

Winter

(November 8, 2008 to November 29, 2008)

  • 2008-11-13 Everguard - Stronghold of Shrine of Seeklander taken over.
  • 2008-11-14 D'Hara - Stronghold of Qubel Lighthouse taken over.
  • 2008-11-22 Everguard - Stronghold of Shrine of Seeklander lost to rogue forces.
  • 2008-11-22 Springdale - Duchy of Muspelheim is seceded by Duke Cato De La Fere after an assassination attempt ordered by Emperor Arya and forms the Theocracy of Virovene.
  • 2008-11-24 Springdale - Declares war on Virovene.
  • 2008-11-27 Morek - Declares war on Springdale.
  • 2008-11-29 Springdale - Duchy of Aegir is seceded by Duke Edward Raiva to form the Tyranny of Raivan Empire.

Spring

(November 30, 2008 to December 21, 2008)

  • 2008-12-16 Raivan Empire - City of Freke taken over.
  • 2008-12-18 Springdale - Duke Sammael Haines switches the Duchy of Springdale's allegiance to Morek.

  • 2009-01-17 D'Hara - Stronghold of Qubel Lighthouse taken over.

  • 2009-01-22 Astrum - City of Chrysantalys taken over.
  • 2009-01-24 D'Hara - City of Paisly taken over.
  • 2009-01-24 Morek - Signs a cease fire with the Raivan Empire.

Winter

(February 4, 2009 to February 25, 2009)

  • 2009-02-04 Order of the Seven - The Order of the Seven has been destroyed as their last temple falls apart.
  • 2009-02-08 Madina - Tournament held in Madina, Eczka Czek wins the swordfighting.
  • 2009-02-11 Virovene - Stronghold of Nifelhold taken over. With the last region taken over Springdale is no more.
  • 2009-02-12 Morek - Completes colony take over of the city of Flowrestown to form the theocracy of Aquilegia.
  • 2009-02-20 Astrum - The Prophet Mathurin Hossenfeffer is granted the city of Mimer to form the theocracy of Corsanctum.
  • 2009-02-21 Raivan Empire - Completes successful colony takeover of Nifelheim and forms a colony to be known as Summerdale, Charlotte Grancourt is its first ruler.
  • 2009-02-21 Virovene - Declares war on Raivan Empire Colony (Summerdale).

Spring

(February 26, 2009 to March 19, 2009)

  • 2009-02-26 D'Hara - Rebellion succeeds, Cenarious Stormrage is elected its new ruler.
  • 2009-02-26 Grand Duchy of Fissoa - Completes successful colony takeover of Rettleville and forms a colony to be known as Ordenstaat, Milmice Vecchio Ratto is its first ruler.
  • 2009-02-27 D'Hara - The people of Paisly have revolted and abandoned D'Hara, joining Madina instead.
  • 2009-03-05 Caerwyn - Declares war on Terran.
  • 2009-03-06 Astrum - Breaks it alliance with Everguard and declares war, because it needs food.
  • 2009-03-07 Caerwyn - Forms a federation with Astrum.
  • 2009-03-17 Raivan Empire -The people of Freke have revolted and declared independence from Raivan Empire.
