Nid Tek is a province of the Hegemony of Luria Nova, within the Lurian Kingdom of Earth's Hall. It is a rural province and serves primarily as farmland.

As told by Nicholas Archival:

"In a great arc of vivid, green pastureland, Nid Tek curves from the large to the White Coast. As a great granary, this region has been integral to feeding the cities of Askileon and Poryatown. Vast rural fields of rice and barley cover the shores of the lake, stretching ever eastwards. This is followed by fields of alfalfa, used to feed livestock which makes for the heaviest share in food carousel the region represents. From there until the crystalline shores of the ocean, fruitful meadows paint the landscape a lush verdant.

Cows and sheep, amidst other rural animals, dominate the scenery. Consequently, the Tekian farms are among the greatest exporters of dairy and wool in all Dwilight. The region even boasts a signature cheese, Reliant, which is a favourite at the yearly Askileon Trade Faire due to its rich taste and texture. Another important member of the local livestock is the formidable Tekian draught horse. This beast has been bred for the express purpose of farm labour.

Nid Tek boasts three villages of note: Ambervale at the shores of the lake; Fairfield covering much of the central land in the region; and Haven, sat at the White Coastline. Ambervale’s economy is supplemented by the freshwater fishing and commerce that the great lake provides, alongside fertile farmland interspersed to its immediate east. Its name is derived from the lush, golden trees and fields that make it their home. Fairfield is almost entirely pastoral. In recent years, it has become the owner of several quality vineyards and its vintages are well-sought after throughout Dwilight. Haven is less populated and its people quiet, comfortable away from the dangers of the world in their protected corner by the sea.

Tekians are an amiable people. Most of their days are spent working in the fields or great farmlands, to provide for the lands around them. Used to demanding work and skilful with tools, they are sturdy, proud and prosperous."
