Tara

Tara is a land-locked realm situated in central Atamara. Originally a rebel-realm, broken off from Cagilan Empire, modern day Tara is ruled by the tyrant Dictator Jonathon. As the smallest realm on Atamara (consisting of only five regions), defending Tara’s borders is an ever important activity for its warriors, under the very apt leadership of General Lister.

History

The people of Tara have a rich political History, from their origins as rebels, to their current participation in international diplomacy and warfare.

The name Tara is thought to have been a shortening of Tarasac, the original capital of the rebel realm.

Government

Dictator Jonathon - Diplomacy with other realms, preservation of Taran sovereignty and ideals and consider the overall direction and well being of Tara.

General Lister - War planning, army organization. Strategic planning to coincide with Dictator's diplomacy efforts.

Executor the manxy - Peacekeeping, leading police work, keeping the realm in control, enforcing justice and realm maintenance.

Banker Ottar - Managing food production, taxes, income and importantly, distribution of wealth among TL's during war time.

As stated above, Tara is land-locked, and borders on four other realms: Cagilan Empire, Carelia, Redspan and Falasan. Because of it's border with Carelia, the region of Craigmore has seen large-scale military conflict between Tara and Carelia.
