The banker is the expert in financial matters. His/Her duties include:

• Setting Trade settings (Such as amount of food to buy/sell)
• Organizing food movement and shipments
• Designing the tax system (including setting tax rates and the percent to collect)
• Collection of Taxes (be it early or on time)
• Organizing all distribution of wealth
