The Firefox Ancestry

The Firefox Ancestry goes back to the birth of Atamara. At this time people were known by their first name only. When the God(s) made it known that families themselves needed their own names, the Firefox Ancestry gave themselves the name "Grail". Not much is known about the family before it became known as the Firefox Ancestry, but the name Prinze Zetcher is known by many in Atamara and beyond. The Firefox, or "Grail" family originated in a land far away. Prince Zetcher would have been the heir to his father's throne, but chose to board ship to Atamara to aid his friend Thugly Dragonis in the defense of Callaway. From Callaway's defeat, the prince moved to Talerium where he became duke of the coastal city of Mapaxal. At this time many of the Grail family began to move to Atamara to start a new life in the realm of Talerium. Much history has been lost after the first civil war in Talerium, but it is clear that the family immigrated to the eastern coast of Atamara and build their new house in Ash'rily, Ash Sea Islands.

During the move of the refugee family most of them made a living in the regions of Inxi and Jauchu for awhile. Many reported sights of mythical creatures with multiple tails, it is even rumored that some of the family managed to tame and keep some of these animals as pets. Some of the family still resides in these two regions, but the majority lives in Ash'rily, the jewel of Atamara.

Darfix

Darfix is by far the most well known and famous of the "new" Ancestry. He started his military career in Ash Sea Islands but quickly became bored with the laid back and eventless life style. He packed his things and headed south with a small band of archers to Abington. Here he began to learn the Art of War in a first hand experience fighting Abington's enemies. He fell quickly for Calisto, the duchess of Ash'rily at the time. However, most good things come to an end and in a disagreement with the government he boarded a ship to Beluaterra. Darfix then joined the realm of Silantin and later became the High Marshal for a short period of time. Silantin was destroyed and Darfix fled to Voghor. In Voghor Darfix became the Baron of Henhower and constructed a recruitment center for Henhower's finest Special Forces. The unit was trained to maintain and use the specialized Trebuchets with ease and skill. Despite these great times, the monster and undead invasion eventually claimed Henhower and Darfix joined Varyamo Nolvo, which became a sister realm of Voghor.

Here, Darfix became the duke of the capital city Wudenkin as well as the High Marshal of the realm. He also served for a short time as Grand Justiciar and King in his majesty's absense. Wudenkin feel quickly to the massive hordes of evil and Darfix once again found himself on the run. He fled northwest to the struggling kingdom of Ashborn. Here he helped save Ashborn from the monster invasion and was appointed count of Lezzel. Never-the-less, Darfix's spirit for adventure took over and he boarded a ship and left Beluaterra.

For awhile he spent some time on the seas, getting himself into trouble and eventually labelling himself as a pirate. He worked his way to become a trusted first mate until his captian was killed by a heavily armed Perdan merchant ship that the band of pirates tried to board. Quickly Darfix became the captian and his lust for adventure brought him deeper into the world, eventually coming across the undiscovered West Continent. He and his posse of scallywags searched the island for treasure and marked the continent on their map and changed course for the East Continent. Here a storm destroyed the mast of his ship and Darfix's vessel came to rest on the shores of the uninhabbited island north of Sirion. He and his men fashioned a small craft out of the wreckage and sailed for Sirion, where he decided to end his career as a swashbuckler and signed on to fight for the Sirion military.

Darfix swore fealty to the baron of Sermbar while fighting for Sirion. His liege eventually stepped down due to pressing family matters and Darfix rose to command Sermbar as it's baron. With the title "Baron of Sermbar" under his belt he has since been a loyal cavalier for the Sirion army. During this time, his friend Ciaran DarkStorm, a Sirion infiltrator was captured and publicly tortured to death in the streets of Oligarch city by Oligarch's executioner Justin Splash. Since his friend's death, Darfix has vowed to gut the pig who murdered Ciaran.

Darfix continues to obey a strict self-forced law of chivalry and justice. His affinity for female kind has got him into trouble with an amazon from Avamar, as well as a fellow lord of Sirion. This lord, a miss Wowure Alright, seems discouraged by the attention Darfix has been giving lady Araia Hyral, one of Darfix's loyal vassals.

Darfix can often be found going into battle mounted on his black mare, Midnight. He is seen wearing his musketeer's hat from his pirate days, usually dressed in blacks and darker blues with the occassional whites and reds elsewhere. His weapon of choice is a scimitar forged of black onyx. Engraved on each side of the blade is a Kitsune, or multi-tailed fox, the creature his family found in the region of Inxi.

Sienna

Sienna Firefox originally started her career in Fontan as a regular soldier. Eventually she became marquess of the region of Tokat and enjoyed keeping her people safe as the border between Fontan and Caligus. With hard work and dedication she soon was elected as Supreme Judge of the realm. At this time Fontan was at war with Caligus, and an infiltrator from the enemy attempted to assassinate Konya Firefox, Sienna's niece. That infiltrator fortunately had a ban on his head, and Sienna did not hesitat to end the life of Sovellis D'aerthe that very day. During the stress of the war it became known in the council that a potentually rebellious soldier, and friend of Sienna's be removed from his position as duke of Fontan city and banned from the realm. With hesitation, Sienna did as the council decided, only to receive a swift rebuttal from the the people of Fontan as the council did little to take any of the heat for the decision. Sienna eventually stepped down after her fellow council members failed to defend her. However in the coming months she was re-elected and served once again as the Supreme Judge. Unfortunately the corruption soon forced her to step down again and she was bannished unjustly by the new Supreme Judge, Trace. His last name was lost in Firefox history.

Sienna spent much time idly sitting in a neutral region while trying to negotiate with the Fontan government to be re-established into the realm. Trace had stepped down by popular demand by the people and removed Sienna's ban. However the government's sluggish pace resulted in Sienna rejoining as a rogue. Betrayed, hurting, and disjusted, Sienna picked up the pieces of her career and switched gears as an infiltrator after failed attempts to receive her position in Tokat back. For awhile she trained as an assassin, winding up later in a Caligus prison. After escaping she eventually turned her eyes towards home, as the government in Fontan was becoming even more disturbingly corrupt and unjust. It is said she made an attempt on her Chancellor's life in a neutral region and she was blamed for it. She claimed she was not skilled enough to not have been captured or identified and was let off the hook.

Becoming even more fed up with the evolving government, Sienna made a daring attempt in the capital to assassinate her Chancellor but was defeated by his skill with a sword and thrown into prison with a critical wound. Sienna was given amnesty by her would-be lover, Zedd IGhost, the current Supreme Judge. She was released from prison and told to leave. Feeling like she had not made her point, she made an attempt to sabotage production in northern Fontan as she fled to Sirion, but she was captured and found herself once again behind crude bars.

As a rogue she feared for her life, but Zedd's feelings for her lead to deportation to the South East Island instead. Here, Sienna joined with the forces of Sandalak and was eventually made countess of Dwamon. During this time Sienna's hard life took it's toll on her and she became a strong warrior. Soon she was seen fighting on the front line along side her men as a Hero, and to this day she still fights boldly in the front line with her large infantry units of seventy or more men.

Sienna is typically seen wielding a semi-modified halberd, while wearing a complete outfit of hard leather armor with a light brown scarf holding up most of her hair. She'd look like a beautiful barbarian woman to most, but her looks dare not fool you as she is a hardened warrior.
