Somehow you've made your way into the Archive building of New Westmoor newspaper. Whether it's through boredom or simply to ask directions on how to get to the courthouse (it's across the road!) our dedicated team of scribes are here to assist you in finding out what you need to know.
New Westmoor is edited by Mathros Hagakure and is printed in Morshes where Mathros is currently count. The Newspaper used to be printed in Oligarch until Sirion stormed and took the city then governed by the realm of Fane (it's a long and complicated story, just read the newspaper).

May 1014
In which Sirion Nivemus and Eponllyn strike back doing extensive damage to Westmoor's regions.
Krimml cedes all over the place finally returning to Sirion.
April 1014
In which the southern alliance (Perdan, Westmoor, Fallangard, Perleone declare or continue war on Sirion for
installing Eponllyn in the city of Oligarch. Sirion and it's allies (Nivemus and Eponllyn) fight back.
March 1014
In which an enormous Glacier swallows Eponllyn and most of the surviving nobles flee north into Sirion.
Some Perleone lands are also covered in Ice.
February 1014
In which the war with Caligus ends with Caligus signing peace with the southern alliance. Sirion, Nivemus
and the southern alliance suspend their war due to a massive upsurge of monsters across the continent.
January 1014
In which Nivemus' war with the Obsidian islanders ends with Nivemus as victor. Caligus' capitol is sieged
and then changes sides to Perdan.
December 1013
In which Caligus' duchy of Hamadan joins Fallangard crippling the realm. A mysterious couple bring a magical
re-balance to all the regions of the continent.
November 1013
In which Armonia suicides by ceding of duchies into the realms of Perleone and Eponllyn. Perdan and Fallangard
declare war on Caligus over issues of trust and Sirion declares war on Perdan to support it's alliance with Caligus.
The new realm of Perleone declares war on Caligus.
October 1013
In which Fallangard and Eponllyn declare war on Armonia, the former for territorial gains and the latter for revenge.
The realm of Perleone is created in the south.
September 1013
In which tensions are raised across the continent as Nivemus resumes war with the Obsidian islanders.
August 1013
In which the legacy of Fane ends with the death of their King. The east continent cools down to a state of peace.
July 1013
In which the duchy of Isadril cedes out of Caligus to reform the ancient realm of Fallangard.
The southern war ends with Perdan as victor over Armonia, Caligus and Eponllyn.

December 1012
In which East continent experiences peace and prosperity. New Westmoor back in business.
August 1012
In which the war with Sirion ends, New Westmoor goes temporarily out of business.
July 1012
In which the realm of Fontan comes to an end. Wars between Westmoor and Sirion,
and the two ceded realms of old Ibladesh continue.
June 1012
In which Sirion declares war on Westmoor for possession of Fontan's region of Braga.
Armonia declares war on Eponllyn for an assassination attempt on their duke.
May 1012
In which the estates of the East Continent are reformed. Fontan is reduced to the city of Krimml.
The Church of Ibladesh also finally comes to an end.
April 1012
In which Caligus and Perdan also declare war on Fontan for harbouring certain Ibladeshi nobles.
March 1012
In which Westmoor declares war on Fontan. Fontan raises a huge army and takes Greatbridge.
February 1012
In which Gadlock and Kazakh rebel and join Westmoor.
The regions are restored and handed back to the Obsidian islanders.
January 1012
In which peace is signed with Caligus and Sirion.
December 1011
In which Eponllyn and Armonia are ceded from Ibladesh.
November 1011
In which King Maedros Iltaren abdicates and Jor Tanos takes the throne for the 2nd time.
October 1011
In which Arica Maldives attempts a rebellion against the king and a peace is signed with Fontan and Sirion.
The realm of Nivemus is born in Ashforth.
September 1011
In which Sirion declares war on Westmoor and forces the return of Commonyr and Oberndorf to Fontan.
August 1011
In which Commonyr and Oberndorf are seized from Fontan.
July 1011
In which peace (Neutrality) with Caligus is restored and the Westmoorian Column sieges Fontan's city Ashforth.
June 1011
In which Maedros Iltaren becomes king, Fontan attacks Greatbridge but is repelled.
