Wanted in Westmoor for High Treason, Cowardice and Dereliction of Duty:
Punishment pending: Death

As region lord of Hagley during the war against Fontan in April of the year 1012 Hergoervik was responsible for deliberately sabotaging the region of Hagley by running insanely high taxation, running an excessively large special forces unit and fleeing from marching orders into live combat. After he was ousted from the region by a peasant rebellion and subsequently replaced by the acting duke Corwin, he defected to the enemy: Fontan.

Current location if known: Suspected died of natural causes.

Willy the Tongue Twister

Wanted in Westmoor, Perdan, Caligus and Sirion for murder of Eoman Dishman murder of numerous peasantry, rape, mutilation of corpses, petty theft, avoidance of justice, evasion of bridge toll in Troyes, excessive noise after curfew (numerous complaints).
Punishment pending: Death

Willy is responsible for the murder of Eoman Dishman the keeper of the Dishman estate and a respected member of the nobility of Perdan. He is also wanted for the numerous murders and mutilation (removal of tongue) of numerous peasantry across the continent. He is armed and dangerous. He has no tongue and is unable to speak clearly.
