For most nobles the information listed here will probably be uninteresting. For those Marshals and Generals though that spend hours studying their texts on siege engines CS and battle formations the battles listed here will give some ideas and experience as well as a piece of history. In the case of Fontan it wasn't their military might that caused their realm to be destroyed but the bad politics of their leaders. It should be remembered that a good general is nothing without a good King and a good King's threats mean nothing unless he has a good General and army to back them up.
