Religion

Minas Thalion is a land of religious freedom where all faiths are welcome so long as they respect the laws of the land and conduct themselves with decorum.

Geography

Situated on the East coast of the Colonies, Minas Thalion expands westwards along the river through the wooded hills of Vir el Mari Heights up to the mountains of Windaria. In the south, Abaka is a lush and fertile area of woods and farmland that borders the desert of Irdalni. North of the River the realm extends through the grasslands of Bode batura to the swamps of Valkanita, which borders the Naan Forest and Hilly Holes.

Overlooking the river and the bridge that jumps over its rushing waters, the gleaming white blocks of Alebads walls and buildings rise up to face the Eastern sun rising over the ocean in the morning and watch her go down behind the forests and mountains of the West in the evening. Quite the political and business center in the East of the Colonies. Alebad is a key stopping point between the North and South and great wealth is made by the merchants traveling through this wealthy city.

Bounty Scheme

In August 1011 the Bounty Scheme was proposed by Boen Lamonte and then enacted by the High Senetorial Council and Imperial Lord Cathal Dubhaine. The scheme was created to increase the number of nobles in Minas Thalion and bring new life and blood into the realm.

Nobles wishing to receive the bounty should emigrate to the Colonies and then join the realm of Minas Thalion. Upon arrival nobles must announce their intention to claim the bounty by contacting Boen Lamonte, who administers the scheme.

Realm History

Creation of the Realm

Minas Thalion was created as a joint effort between Lukon and Oritolon through the planned secession of Alebad from Oritolon in January 1010. Alebad had previously been the capital of the realm of the same name.
