Heritage

The house of lancaster is one of military history. There have been many members of the family who have tried military service, but did not have the heart for it. Some, however, do have the strength for it. Still, the ones that exist today are mighty nobles indeed.

Origins

The House of Lancaster was originally founded in the Colonies. There, Daeva the Partriarch of the family rose to noble status and created a castle for he and his family in the Naan Forest. At the time, Daeva was an Alebadian noble, who served the realm wit the upmost respect and loyalty. However, he found he was not able to live life under such strict orders, and left the realm's power.

Since then, the sons of the Lancaster family have spread to all over the world, helping realms with their characteristic loyalty and respect. Currantly, there are three brothers who serve their realms. kaine, Vicious, Desolate.

Family Prestige

Although the House of Lancaster is not as noteable as some of the other families of the world, it does have a fame of 4, and approximated 1105 gold in its treasuries. Through hard work and determination, the family has survived in the harsh world of military life, and thrives today.

Characteristics and the Three Titles

The House of Lancaster never allows more then three of their sons to serve in a particular realm. This dates back to the laws of Daeva the Patriarch. Also, because of tradition in the Naan Forest, the three sons are given a title. The first is the Honorable One. He is the one that takes honor and pride very seriously, and would die for it. The next is the Mighty one, or the one most skilled in combat. He is the one who prides himself on his battle knowledge and experience. The last is the Fallen One, or the one who has fallen from grace of the family.

The house of Lancaster has been known to have certain qualities. They all have brown hair, and blue eyes with green patches around their pupils. All of them are about six feet tall.

Kaine, the Honorable One

Kaine is a hero of Abington. He has served the realm justly for almost a year now. He is a member of the Duchy of Riverholm, and a ranking member in the Templars guild. He was a close friend of Elantus Shardblade, who was killed in a duel with a vile enemy. Because of this, Kaine was allowed to have the important signit ring of the Shardblade house. Kaine is usually seen wearing a special white armor that is a family secret of the house of Lancaster. Only the Patriarch knows the secret of how to make it.

He is a man who values honor above all else, and strives to make Abington a better place. He does not have much patience for those who seem unpatriotic to their glorious realm, and those that would not die for their realm's ideals. He is the favored son of the Lancaster House, which has led to fueds with his cousins Desolate and Vicious. He is the son of Raziel, a former member of Oligarch.

Kaine is an honorable member of the realm, Kaine has achieved relativly high honor and prestige for his family.

Sir Vicious, the Mighty One

Vicious is the twin brother of Desolate. Vicious makes his home in the realm of Darka, on Atamara. Vicious is one prone to battle, which made the mercenary realm of Darka a fine fit for him. He relishes battle, and would rather fight every day of his life then sit around and discuss things.

He is the son of Saint, a former member of the realm of Itorunt. He is the cousin of Kaine, and as before mentioned, the win brother of Desolate. Saint named his sons based on what their personality was at birth. When born Vicious accidently grabbed one of the doctor's tools and started weidling it around. The tool happened to be a sharp knife. Since then, Vicious has accepted his name with great pride. His family calls him Vic, pronounced 'Vish,' but to everyone else he is just Vicious.

He is more quiet then his two other brothers, and accepts orders because he knows that they will lead him to battle. His skills in battle are great, as he prides himself on his swordfighting ability. He never misses a chance to join a tournament and test his skill on the other nobles of Atamara. He is usually seen wearing red armor. The special red armor is a secret that only the Patriarch knows.

He takes great pride in being above a common noble as a Cavalier in the professional armies of Darka. He still serves them to this day.

Desolate, the Fallen One

Desolate is the twin of Vicious, and the son of Saint. He serves the realm of Luz de Bia on the continent of Beluaterra. Desolate is the scourge of the House of Lancaster, but they still accept him as their own.

Desolate makes his life as an Infiltrator in the idealic realm of Luz de Bia. Luz is a realm not unlike the one Kaine serves on Atamara, however Desolate has a much different view of honor. Desolate prides himself on the underhanded skills of the Infiltrator, that grant him the ability to strike at the nobles themsevles not just the soldiers that the nobles command. He is usually seen in a light, black armor so that he is well protected and still can use his agility.

He originally joined the realm of Taselak on the South-West Island, but left do to inner-fighting and certain defeat. Because of this act of 'cowardice,' as Daeva the Patriarch said this, he has shamed the House of Lancaster, and has been cut off from their influence and family funds. Even so, he still fights for the realm of Luz, and will to his death.
