The Liberation of Supra!

Just a few days ago Ubent was running a TO in Abadan at the same time we were running a TO in Supra. The Ubentian TO of Abadan was averted, while ours stood strong. After five days Supra finally decided to rejoin its rightful master, though Yssaria still holds an "unresolved claim" of the region which wont allow us to appoint a lord. The Caligan Courier would like to thank Ubent, whose TO did fail, but bought us enough time to re-take Supra.
(Breaking news: the people of Supra are so fond for Caligus realm that the Queen could appoint Arfeniel as the new Count of Supra in spite of unresolved claim of Yssaria. Congratulations Arfeniel!)
In international news, Oligarch city recently fell to Sirion, yes the big bully finaly won, I hope Doccy poo feels better about himself. Hireshmont A.K.A. the head editor of the Oligarchian Observer is now the Prime Minister of the soon to be dead Oligarch. But hey! Congrats anyway!
A little more local news now, apparently a troop leader named Lotta, looted Supra and caused the TO to run longer than expected, though, I feel that's now water under the bridge, but apparently it wasn't for some. Lotta was challenged to a duel to the death by Medium and Vlad. While Vlad challenged first, Medium fought first. Medium delivered the fatal blow and suffered a light wound himself, but was unable to kill Lotta. Rumours have it he's on his way to Yssaria to join his sister. And that about wraps it up for this week. --Talless 5/27
Ubent Join Us
After the recent battles in Domus left the Yssarians running home with there tails between their legs and their rears sorely beaten, Ubent passed a vote in favour of declaring war on Yssaria with an 89% approval rate. The voting had been started after certain members of the council encouraged the Ubentian senate to consider going to war. After voting in the senate showed a majority the vote was taken realm-wide.
In other news our armies have moved out to route Yssarian straglers and destroy the militia in Supra. With Yssaria facing a two front war, perhaps Eleran should have considered making more reasonable requests than Domus Aestus and the deportation of our Queen. --Kamekaze
Updates
Three days after being appionted Baroness of Aestus I was captured by Yssarian forces in a battle in Supra. After my release, my replacement, Solus, refused to turn over commandership back to me. Cheap huh?
In other news Akesh Temple recently revolted from Light of Fountain and rejoined us. Vlad was appointed as temporary duke. And appointed himself Marshall of his own army. Greedy jerk eh? (jk)
In international news, Oligarch city has been penetrated by the forces of Sirion, Fontan and Old Rancagua. Then just a few days ago Lysandner was assasinated, which was quickly followed my the assasination of Elaria. It wont be long before the permanent fall of Oligarch.
During our last battle, Yssaria tried to sack Domus. 15k vs 8k CS. With us on the short end. The outcome was a tie. But not for Caligans. It was a loss for us for we lost to great heros, Dane the Avenger and Kylar. Thats the third and fouth Hero killed since my time in Caligus. This attack was follow by another series vitorys against the retreating Yssarian Forces.
Also, a new Battle group of Cavilers was formed. Its called Calvary Battle. Im in it as well as Solomon, Requiem, doombringer, Medium, Kirtan and Gwynyth. And it rocks :) And that about wraps it up for this week. Yssaria was drivin out of Domus. Yaaaay!
The Caligan Courier Takes a Step Back
Unfortunantly, I, Talless, can no longer take a very active role in the Caligan Courier. But, i will try my best to update once a week. So heres whats happended over the last few days.
Arfiendel (Baron of Aestus) has fallen into a coma! doombringer has been appointed as new High Marshall of Caligus! Deniz, a long time troopleader of Caligus has been executed by the beast Is Est. Caligus has been facing victory on almost every front. The realm was without a general for a very brief time due to an unknown force that stipped doombringer of all titles. He was quickly reappointed and Gunder, a not so experienced Tl of Caligus protested. I nearly fed him to Fluffy. Shadow has been fined for 50 gold for not using his funds wisley and not following orders though details on the whole ordeal are sketchy as the queen has offered to help pay the fine. Also, Caligus has had three investments as of late. My family had invested in Scio, High Marshall doombringer and his family invested in Domus which was quickly followed by Lady Glens investment in Domus. And Lastly, I have been appointed as Baroness of Aestus in place of Arfiendel. Glen has also been removed from his position for fining Shadow. This has brought an opportunity for Kamekaze who, though he feels the Titans shouldn't interfere has jumped on the opportunity to gain the title he missed out on a few months ago. But Glen was quickly re-elected. In a very quick coming election. Nobody got to campaign. Congrats, condolences, and YEAH's! to everything.
Speech of the Queen!
Shortly after the death of the gallant Eagles Reach, the queen gave this speech:
People of Caligus,
Today is a very sad day for us, our hero Eagles Reach, the High Marshal of Caligus has been killed during the battle in Aestus. He was the brave man, good strategist and politician and good friend.
He will be buried tomorrow at the time of his death, in the Domus cathedral, according to his family will. All people of the Island are invited for the ceremony, the cease fire is called for that time to secure everyone's safety during the celebrations.
When the death takes the great man away, all our everyday concerns seem to be as important as a dust on the road. When the good friend dies, all our further live, with its necessity to be lived through, seems to be more painful than our despair.
But the same stuborn necesity of live prevent us from falling into, now so desired, silence of apathy. Keeping Eagles Reach, his words, actions and wishes in the memory, let's turn to our duties, honouring him in the way he would like the most: with sword in hand.
I appoint Doombringer the new High Marshal of Caligus army.
Doombringer, please take this sword as the sign of your function. Shall the example of Eagles Reach always lead you through the meanders of strategy.

I appoint Cartor and Medium the colonels of Caligus army. They are both the helpful hands to High Marshal Doombringer, their orders are valid for whole the army until High Marshal or Queen state otherwise.
I appoint Kylar the new senator of Caligus Council. Shall your strategic visions help the realm in those difficult times of loses.
Caligus is our realm and our home, her future is our future, her Fate concern us all. I remind you that not only the senators but in fact you all state my Council, your ideas and comments I ask for and await. Together we build and face our Fate, so don't stay aside from the things that concern you.
And remember the words Eagles Reach used to repeat: "United we stand, divided we fall"

In other news, Caligus is hitting victory after victory with Perdan at our side! Victory in Supra, Aestus, and all those good places! The tide if this war is quickly changing!

THE FALL OF EAGLES REACH!
Tears stain this paper as I am forced to write and believe this. Eagles Reach has fallen. Murdered during the defence of Aestus. His killers inclued Sumsar and Eleran himself, along with 5 other nobles. Eleran sent his consolences, though to me, they are not but dry, hateful, words scibled upon a tattered sheet of parchment. In other words, food for the fire. NO words can describe the melencholic hole in every Caligan this day. They will pay! Every Caligan shall be repaid, in full, by blood. This is a promise I shall always keep, even unto death. I swear it.....
Here We Are!
Its May 1st and you now what that means? It's time for the May issue of the Caligan Courier! With an astounding 1000+ Views of last months issue, the CC has stomped on, rolled up, and tossed aside the Itorunt Informer, even with thier two special editions in between! Talk about a skunk huh? Well, all Caligans are still basking in the victory of the successful retaking of Aestus ending the losing streak we have been on latley. And guess what?! Does anyone here know why we lost so much? Because:

He was feeding our line settings to Yssaria the whole time! Then he tried to form a rebellion by going around asking people a bunch of questions saying he was and interviewer from the Caligan Courier! That little jerk had best be glad he was gone before I got my hands on him.
