Escaping Aquilegia

After defeat in the Aquilegion Civil War in the Winter of 10 YD, Bowie made his escape. While traveling through Fatexna he was attacked by an infiltrator and seriously wounded. During his difficult recovery, he slipped in and out of consciousness and had terrible nightmares.

Recovering from his wounds, in by now the Spring of 10 YD, Bowie continued his escape with these nightmares firmly set in his mind. He is unable to interpret them and is afraid at the truth they signify. He set his heart to the north and began his journey. Safely crossing through the Unterlands, he thought he could pass through the Mimer Peninsula and evade Xinhai but found himself engaging the Corsanctites in battle in Mimiravair. Wounded then imprisoned, he was forcibly deported to Beluaterra. The Corsanctites clubbed him on the head in his cell and stuffed him in a sack. This sack was then dropped into a barrel, sealed, and stashed among other barrels on a ship leaving Mimer....

Beluaterra

The judge of Corsanctum had Bowie deported to Beluaterra right at the time when the Fourth Invasion was beginning. Landing in Enweil he immediately received both warm wishes and the most venomous threats. Not wishing to interfere with the realm, he tried to stay separate and wait out the time until he could return to Dwilight. Unfortunately, trouble followed the Demon of Dwilight as an old vendetta resurfaced bringing insistent death duel challenges and nightly assassination attempts against him. This climaxed near the end of his first week on Beluaterra with a ban placed on him for suspicion of noble harvesting and trouble making. He defended himself and convinced the Judge to rescind his ban. The second week had Bowie give fealty to the Baron of Rummannen, Howard Silverbear, and march around the realm pursuing monsters. He never engaged any. After the two week period was over, Bowie finally boarded a ship home. Though much of his words went unrecorded as he was without his usual entourage, a couple letters of significance remain. These, however, may be out of context for those who were not witness to the events to which they correspond to.
