Well, I've been putting in a lot of work into the back-end to try and make the Dwilight Daily the absolute easiest paper to write and maintain, both for the editors and the writers. My hope is to automate as much as I can, so the writers will just have to click a link, paste a template, and fill in the article. If you use the "Write an article" link at the bottom of the front page, then the article will ''automatically'' be placed in the proper location, with new pages created on-the-fly as needed. All of the old-article archival work should happen ''(almost)'' automatically; all the editor has to do is change two month names on the front page. No copy/pasting of stories from page to page, or creation of new archival pages. We even have a special auto-generated Comments link for each story that will automatically place each article's comments on the correct page applicable only to that individual article. (Actually, it's for all articles written that day, but close enough.) All of this automation should make for the quickest and easiest administration, and the smallest possible opportunity for error. So as they say: "Please pardon our dust!" as we continue to improve things to make the Dwilight Daily the '''best''' In-Context newspaper ever written for BattleMaster!

Dwilight Still On Hold October 2, 2007
Dwilight has taken a back burner to the invasion of Beluaterra. Tom recently posted this on the Discussion List:

No, it will open as soon as I have a bit of spare time to devote to it.
Right now, the Beluaterra invasion is eating up what spare time I have.
