A few remarkable units that the family members lead in their lives:

Ilya

~=B.A=~ Ilya's Eagles

Ilya's first unit when she left home in late june 2007, trustworthy archers that joined the Black Army with her, enjoyed Civil Work and hated looting and fighting. They were left to defend Menedor's walls when Ilya took some time to study Falasan history and administration books (ooc: player went on a 1 week course).

• Type: Archers
• Captain: Robert (created) at first, then Ottolf (on the second refit), that became Robert's apprentice. When Ilya set her estate in Menedor, Robert stayed there to run it, thus becoming her steward.
• Last seen: As a 30 men militia unit in Menedor, with 100% cohesion and around 80% training. Some of them are still guarding the walls up to today (dec/2007).

~=B.A=~ Endurance and ~=B.A=~ Endurance II

After a while of leading archer units that didn't last in the war against Eston, Ilya finally gathered enough funds and resources to lead a cavalry unit. They were strong men, and their horses were almost all from her father's manor in Menedor. After losing those men, the baroness decided she would head back to archers, for they made a better Guard to the child growing in her.

• Type: Cavalry
• Captain: Wolfram, highly trained horseman, but not as good with his men, the Captain was a pleasant company, and Ilya thought he'd become a good captain in no time. When the Cagilanis and Taleriums invaded Nazia, he insisted with Ilya to allow them to fight while she closed the Baronial Seat's doors and kept herself safe. They died an honourable death, fighting day and night until the last man.
• The Endurance II came when Ilya returned to recruit a new unit, and the deeds of the first Endurance had spread through the ranks of the cavalry. The men insisted on paying tribute and Ilya accepted, though she refused the captains that offered themselves, for they were good leaders of men, but not of horses.
• Last seen: The Endurance II fought a few more battles than its predecessor, being almost wiped out in Chagasu, then having a few extra men added to their rows, only to see them all die on the field in Nazgorn, against Tara, Cagilan Empire, Talerium and Darka forces.

~=B.A=~ Fledgling's Guard

The Fledgling's Guard was created to serve as a guard to a pregnant woman and her child, while helping the realm in repairing regions and working with the local police where needed be. They lacked experience, but their morale was always high, and their equipment was the best that Falasan could provide to archers.

• Type: Archers
• Captain: Rudgar, a young and lively captain, that helped Ilya with her men while she was too busy preparing the baby's clothing and instruments. He was glad to perform such maintenance tasks, and happily accepted the fact that the unit was to be left in Barad Falas, for he would then be able to stay with his family in a steady position. It is unknown if the man is dead or alive.
• Last seen: In Barad Falas, where they were left as militia before Ilya moved to Nazia unitless to have her children. When the Cagilan Empire attacked the white city in early august, the unit was wiped out and it is unknown if any of the soldiers escaped with their lives.

Vanya

|> IWA <| Longshot Wolves

Though Vanya lead quite a few units in battle through the hard times in the SEI, they didn't usually last, and her captains weren't anything to be of notice. When she first arrived to Fontan, Vanya hired a good unit of strong archers, that fought with her for Fontan and accompanied her to the Sultanate of Asena.

• Type: Archers
• Captain: Durnhelm (+8), a strong and skilled archer, that can lead Vanya's men without her orders, and respects his lady for being so good at leading them as well. His loyalty lies with her, for he holds for the noble woman feelings that he keeps carefully hidden.
• The unit became a 100% cohese group of soldiers, showing their valour in battle and trusting the archer to the side to do their jobs. Their equipment was also a pleasure to see, shining longbows and leather armours (range 4 - 70%/70%), but that couldn't, unfortunately, be replaced in the Sultanate.
• The first time they had to be highly replaced was when the Siege of Oroya came (june 2008). Vanya stood behind in Obando to protect Tengstille from incoming forces, since the Vezir couldn't leave, and lost more than half of her 33 men. In Oroya, later on, the unit was reduced to 11 of them, highly trained soldiers that were expected to teach finely the new recruits.
• Last seen: Battling Old Rancagua in Pucallpa, they were scattered and, while Vanya was wounded, hunted to the last man.

|> IWA <| Asena's Arrows

Recruited fully within Asena's troops, the Arrows can't shoot as far as the Longshot Wolves could, but their equipment is fine and their will is fierce.

• Type: Archers
• Captain: Frediger (+3), a fine archer, the best Vanya could find in these times of scarce recruitment. Is leading her archers very well, keeping them in the field longer than most would endure.
• Their equipment varied according to the recruited men each time. A unit that enjoys looting and battling.
