Gaining 3 prestige 3 honour in a small battle? Sending a gazillion messages? Giving out a number of medals? Doing a friendly TO? Skills in my chars are all under 50 yet (just advy I'm not sure, but equip is like 15%). Maybe family honour reaching 100? I think this was debunked. Something before Lasten died. No idea what, no char was doing anything special...
