The conference in Ipsosez was called at the request of Sir Jenred Kindon-Bedwyr King of Arcaea and every realm on the Far East sent at least one representative to discuss the idea of a League dedicated to unifying the island in the case of a continent-wide threat such as an Invasion should Beluaterra fall, and to enforcing certain minimum standards of noble behaviour. A public record was kept of the entire conference.
