Talk:Abington/Roleplaying Contest

Um, I take it this was ditched or no longer is being remembered as something that was going on?

Perhaps people in Abington were just a bit too busy to pay attention to an RP contest. Two secession and two rebellions all strung together in close proximity tend to occupy people's time, after all. :) --Indirik 02:58, 21 September 2007 (CEST)
And, checking the edit history of the page, I think I can understand why the contest was dropped. :P (Hint: House Olik = Mad King Gauihu!)--Indirik 03:00, 21 September 2007 (CEST)
Well, yeah. I'd received a good number of judges and candidates. But when Gauihu emigrated all messages from Atamara were gotten rid of, and my other character didn't have the private messages about who was running in the contest or judging it. Kinda got dropped as a result. I meant to go through with it no matter what happened to Gauihu, but I hadn't taken into account the whole continent-move database-change thing. (As an OOC contest it wasn't really related to whether Gauihu was sane or not, *I* am sane!)House Olik 23:58, 27 October 2007 (CEST)
Yeah, the continent-change-message-loss bums me out, too. When I emigrated my first character to BT, I know I lost some RPs I had wanted to save.--Indirik 02:35, 28 October 2007 (CET)
