Queen Baelunìataisharà Blue of Thalmarkin declares war on King Jecht Tideweaver of Shattered Vales over the annexation of Rolbury. The Abdication War quickly expands to include Ar Agyr & Irondale.

| ShatteredVales has aggressively annexed Rolbury in an attempt to foment conflict, cutting off Yipinalke and causing neutrality and region issues that led to casualties. This is combined with an attack on Gemke without war declaration, assaulting Princess Eowyn Doesire, and only withdrew to fight when attacked by the Sunken Kingdom in Fianik during the Zettermain Campaign. The numerous trespasses upon our lands and violated our sovereignty under the guise of blatant lies, refusing to seek permission and only informing us of the trespass after the fact; amassed upon our borders while their King claims military superiority and boasts of defeating both Reven and Thalmarkin, all while directly violating Thalmarkin's sovereign borders.
War will continue until Shattered Vales publicly apologizes for the violation of our borders, for attacking Princess Eowyn Doesire without declaration or cause King Jecht Tidewater must be the one to apologize himself; pays 1000 gold in reparation and damages; promises to respect all realm's sovereign borders in the future.
Refusal to meet these conditions before the Thalmarkin army rallies will result in the following: the annexation of either Gethsemene or Ossmat city held by Shattered Vales. |

| The Shattered Vales will defend itself from the barbaric invasions of Thalmarkin and the war will cease upon Thalmarkin's surrender and agreement to the following terms:
Thalmarkin will pay or be looted over the course of the war for a minimum of 1000 gold for every unwarranted assault on the Shattered Vales over the last 3 months. This includes 3 attacks on Rolbury and two attacks on Gethsemene. This is a sum total of a 5000 gold minimum to be paid or looted over the course of the conflict.
Thalmarkin will officially relinquish claims to all lands not officially controlled by Thalmarkin and will not police neutral regions as if they are owned by Thalmarkin in the north or otherwise.
Queen Baelunìataisharà Blue will bend and kiss the ring of the King of the Vale before an assembly as an act of humility and regret for bearing steel against the Vale.
Caladar Rizz will face Arjan de Zueww in a duel to the death wearing nothing but his underclothes. |

| The people of the Shattered Vales were welcomed to the North when they evacuated their Southern homeland. However since settling in Gethsemene their behaviour towards the realms to their East has been aggressive, creating great anger amongst my allies in Thalmarkin and threatening the stability of Ar Agyr's western borders.
As the ally of Thalmarkin, and in support of my dear friend Queen Baelunìataisharà, I hearby commit the full force of Ar Agyr to the support of her cause until such time as the government of the Shattered Vales recognises it's obligations to be a good neighbour and friend of the Northern Realms by making peace with Thalmarkin.
Ar Agyr seeks no gains in territory or wealth from this conflict and will return to peaceful relations with the Shattered Vales and her allies when the government of Thalmarkin does so. |

| This war is declared in support of our long-standing allies, the Shattered Vales, against the uncalled for aggression and attempt at wanton destruction by Thalmarkin and their allies Ar Agyr. A state of war will remain until the conditions set forth by the Shattered Vales are met, which are listed below. There are an additional two conditions that will need to be met by Thalmarkin as well to satisfy the Arcane Republic of Irondale, which will be listed after the Vales' demands.

1000 gold every two weeks from the point of war declaration to cover the costs of this war.
The expulsion of the criminal Raoh from Thalmarkin for crimes committed against Irondale, and if possible, the delivery of himself or his head to Irondale. |
