A young hunter Asturius has spent days hunting the undead in the Duchy of Askileon, Pian en Luries. His prey has slipped through his fingers too many times already and the hunt already started to test his determination. However, he followed them from the pit he found them in in Santoo, through the suburbs of Askileon Purlieus and the fields of Nid Tek, only to finally catch them and deliver the beasts their demise in the wilderness of Lupa Lapu.

Preparing deadly traps, luring the undead from one place to another, and finally engaging them in close combat after the horde has been considerably weakened, Asturius' two sabers cut deep and powerful. In the dazzling dance of steel the horde is defeated and only the champion remains. The beast is hard to kill but with some luck and some skills Asturius finally manages to cut him down. After searching the remains he finds some valuables and common items. Among the pile of bones a shinny object draws his attention. He picks it up and cleans it, finding the Astonishing Chain Mail of Blood.
