The Kalmar Bay is an enormous bay on the west coast of the [[East Island]]. This bay was formed during a volcanic eruption known as the [[Bad Tidings|Great Eruption]]. During this time, the great volcano rose higher out of the ocean, exposing the [[East Continent/Chaos Temple|Chaos Temple]]. Two other islands were also created during these eruptions. The mouth of the Bescanon River opens into Kalmar Bay.
