With the beginning of the new year of Dwilight, it is perhaps a good time to reflect on the events of the past year. There has been much progress, and much loss. Several realms formed, and a few lost. A failed rebellion in the young realm of Ordenstaat.
One of the greatest events and triumphs of the year was the successful colonization of the grand city of Darfix by an expedition from Astrum, lead by King Boreal Arrakis, and supported by the Faith of Sanguis Astroism. The failure of so many colony expeditions to this legendary city, at least five, lead many to believe that it would be impossible to create a new realm in the city without first conquering all the surrounding lands. Perhaps the greatest loss, however, has been the death of Lord Deverka Cryfdwr, Grandmaster of Morek.
