The Region of Cadier is Beautiful in Early spring and Summer. Spectacular in Fall as the leaves turn. It has a small coast line to the Eastern Sea. The people are rugged and hard, They will not bend to common criminals, not even those with noble titles. In their early days Pian en Luries looted most of the regions in the area to the ground to fund their expansion efforts. When it came time to bring Cadier into submission as well, Cadier revolted every time that Pian en Luries thought they had the region subverted and under control. The People do not trust Pian en Luries and will not have them as Overlords.

Dame Katayanna Ogren was the First Lady of Cadier. And even though she was an advocate against the looting practices of Pian en Luries for a Long time, The people would not even allow her to rule the region as she was part of Pian en Luries. Twice they revolted before Pian en Luries gave up on Cadier for the time being or other more pressing matters took their attention away.

The People of Cadier are hopeful that the Grand Duchy will arrive before Pian en Luries can refocus their efforts upon them.
