:::You have heard of these mysterious scrolls that have appeared, of that I have no doubt. They are perhaps a viable way to be used in conjunction with tactics to defeat them. I disagree that the monsters are the main concern, but they are a large one. One such secret in battle to defeating them would be to (when against overwhelming numbers and behind fortifications) use archers in the first battle and have a ready supply of infantry for the Duke to recruit to defend the walls when they split their forces and call upon smaller bands of monsters to overwhelm. Again, this is perhaps a variation you have already considered. ~~Anon

::::Through time all forms of deployments and army compositions were tried, there is simply nothing to do against their overwhelming numbers and strength. Time spent on concluding ongoing research is time wasted for applying the discoveries. We are aware of the other threats, but they will be much more manageable if we can deal with the monsters first. Fortifications are of negligible use in the grand scheme of things... too easily overtaken, too easily destroyed. Not much of them left already, and militia has proved completely useless in defending them, while our mobile force can't move as fast as the monsters... what's left of it, that is. So perhaps you could enlighten us, as the adventurers probed did not seem to know what you speak of: What *can* they do? ~~Editor

Monster weaknesses?

I think you should be looking for more than just the monster's weakness... ask the adventurers what they can do, though. ~~Anon

The monsters are our main concern as they are growing at uncontrolled rates with the assistance of some traitorous men who would rather have the beasts reign kings than men. The other factions have known weaknesses/can be dealt with in due time. As for what adventurers can do, I doubt all of them can do whatever it is they can, so asking a random adventurer what they can do is likely to prove unfruitful. ~~Editor

Old OOC talks

Purple and pink? Seriously? You may want to try something more along the lines of #A13227 and #0D265F. Those are the red and blue colors used on the Enweil banner. --Indirik (talk), Editor (talk) 22:06, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Thanks, it was a quick draft. -Chénier 03:36, 28 July 2009 (UTC)

Update your ticker. What a noob. :P Vellos 05:32, 11 August 2009 (UTC)

Busy busy busy busy! Otherwise you could be sure I'd be gloating a hell of a lot more as well! And the tickers are the most time consuming ones... I'll post another article, though, tickers for... some other day. Maybe the tomorrow, the day after, we'll see. -Chénier 04:44, 13 August 2009 (UTC)

Newer OOC talks

If you want to leave OOC comments here, that is fine. Otherwise, as stated by the "publisher's notes", no IC content from realms such as Mesh will be kept on this page. -Chénier 20:51, 11 June 2010 (UTC)
