The Founding
Tuchanon V was founded as a tyranny on November 6, 2007, when Duke Rackir seceded the city of Isadril from Yssaria. Duke Rackir's letter announcing the secession can be found here. The regions of Leibo, Igno, and Tota followed Isadril in the secession.
Tuchanon V immediately moved to ally with Yssaria, ad declare war on Itorunt.
