I also have a long ancient history of EC written by Edge. Actually, it was dictated over IRC, so I have to clean up the log a bit. It covers the start of the Perdan/Sirion war, and includes a lot of information regarding the start of the war, such as the "betrayal" of Sirion by Perdan, etc. I'll post it when I get it cleaned up. --[[User:Indirik|Indirik]] 16:23, 19 December 2007 (CET) | I also have a long ancient history of EC written by Edge. If needed, I recall an awful lot in regards to the first invasion from Eno Chia's and Luz de Bia's perspective of the invasion, including the details surrounding Midas Chia and the secession. And from after that point, the last 4 years of history from the Meshian perspective, and to a certain extent, a non-biased view of everything involved. | If needed, I recall an awful lot in regards to the first invasion from Eno Chia's and Luz de Bia's perspective of the invasion, including the details surrounding Midas Chia and the secession. I notices it was pretty hard to fin this page, so I put a link to it under the Misc. section on the main page. Anyone have a better place for it? --Athins 10:28, 20 December 2007 (CET)
EC: Sources of Info
Newspapers that have a significant amount of historical information:
Most of the following papers published from late 2005 to the fall of Oligarch in mid 2006. There was a lot of propaganda in many of the articles in all of these, but that's only to be expected. Everyone tries to put their own spin on things, and this was a time well-known for propaganda.
- Old Rancagua Press - Lots of info all the way back to mid-2005
- The Elven Tribune/Old - Old archives
- The Fontanese Digest - Starts somewhere around the death of Eleador, has about 6 months of info
- The Oligarchian Observer
- The Kalmarian Chronicles - Covers the Avamarian invasion of the islands all the way through the liberation of the islands.
Realm pages with lots of EC history
- Itorunt#History
- Theocratic Chronicles Ibladeshian version of history, very scant on actual details.
- Yssaria#History - The founding of Yssaria
- Ubent#History Ubent's version of history, including the rise and fall of Fallangard. Pretty much ends with the rise of Yssaria.
- Fallangard - The rise and fall
- Perdan#The_History - The end of continental war, the Perdan internal crisis at the end of 2003.
