Though a religion must obtain the permission of the local lord/Duke before either preaching or building temples. Region lords have to build the temples, priests cannot build them, only enlarge. It would be more like they have to ask the lord to build the temple for them. --Athins 22:22, 11 September 2008 (CEST)
