I am the Senator and Duke of Chesney, in Terran, your northern neighbor. My duchy is home to Triunism, as well as the Véinsørmoot, an organization for southwestern Dwilight cooperation, commerce, and communication, which also publishes The Moot, which you may be familiar with. It appears to me your goal is to make the Duchy of Twainville a hub of activity: I applaud that, and wish you the best of luck. It is my intention to travel south come the spring and visit, at the very least, Retteville. If Twainville is stable by that time, I may come. But, if I am unable to do so, I hope you will meet me in Retteville when you hear I am coming, as I would be delighted to meet you, so that our duchies can work together to foster goodwill and cooperation between our realms. I hope at some point when Twainville is stable you will find the time to come join the Véinsørmoot guild in Chesney, and perhaps I will join the Poryatown Press when you refound it.
