Talk:Fear of Avamar

This is His Illustrious Greatness, Chairman of the WCC, Co-Chairman of the WCCSN, Inspector-General of the WCCISI, Marshall of the Secret Police, and Writer of the Oligarchian Observer, HIRESHMONT VELLOS SPEAKING! HEAR ME ROAR! Anyways, you Avamarians and Avamarian sympathizers never cease to amuse me! So, lets see here, I'll correct your errors one by one:

1. Rebellion in West Sirion- There was not a TECHNICAL rebellion. Yet, they ousted the ruling government (without lodging any complaint beforehand, not even attempting normalized reform patterns), and showed blatant hostility towards those ousted. While not technically a rebellion, it certainly comes dangerously close.
2. Banning of Nobles- Actually, according to my research (I interviewed both Avamarians and Sirionites, and also checked family histories), nobles were banned for expressing disgust towards the Institution Whose Name Shall Not Be Mentioned (A certain darkly colored end of the arm), nobles were banned for portestation, etc. Why? Because said nobles quite likely could stage a counter rebellion!
3. Ruled by Avamarians- It is, but not entirely. I agree that the Avamarian control is probably overratted, but it is DEFINATELY there. Also, the percentage is NOT the same. You see, Perdan has, what, 150 nobles? Maybe... 25, possibly as many as 50, came from Avamar? Thats still only about 1/2 the percentage of Avamarians as there are in KI and AS.
4. Avamarian Rebellions- I OBJECT TO THIS! THE AVAMARIANS AREN'T BEHIND ALL THE REBELLIONS! I AM! The Avamarians in Oligarch didn't have the brainpower to stage Rubber Ducky. It was in fact the brainchild of Charger(Agent Rubber Ducky) a native Oligarchian, and Oligarch's primary (lol, but not only by any means) agent in OR. Then, something like 7 TLs were convinced to go join him (cover stories were given). Of them, I believe 5 were Avamarian. Yes, we promsied to give them Oroya when it was all through; and we would have, except the rebellion failed due to dumb luck on the Judge of OR's part, but that's a whole other story. Other rebellions, well, most can be traced to me, the WCC, or the Continental Restoration. Only two rebellions in the history of EC were Avamar inspired: KI takeover and W. Sirion. Rubber Ducky was a strategic manuever by Oligarch, using Avamar to get people to volunteer to do the dirty work.
5. Three words: HAND OF WISDOM. Heck, even I used it as a spy relay network.
6. I'm downright offender. The Oligarchian Observer is QUITE a historical document! Go read it sometime, young chap! Oligarch has had a very loud and obnoxious voice on EC, and was the FOUNDER of the modern newspaper movement! I'm downright offended that you forgot about the OO! Also, I am evil. MWAHAHAHA. Death to Avamar and Sirion!
7. It's a theocracy, thus, it's an abomination. Yeah, that's right LoF and Ibladesh, YOU'RE BOTH ABOMINATIONS! Consider yourself INSULTED from this point onwards! Neeneer neeneer booboo you can't catch me!
8. Oh for the love of duckies and donughts! There's a BIG BLACK HAND RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLAG. The symbolism doesn't matter because it's the 100% identical symbol (with, actually, the same symbolic meaning) of the original banner! The only difference is a red flag instead of a silver shield.
