An old cloak of spun broadcloth, simple in manufacture with a faded pattern of red and orange tartan pipping against a dark green background.

Discovery

Moira entered the Flow during the great Portal Event in Keffa where she placed a second portal ring and subsequently used her training as a former adept of the Flow of the Balance to help Kristina Chamberlain complete an Obeah ritual focused on a Portal ring. Here she was gifted with the Old Mantle for her service to the Balance.
