Daycryn Family/Gauihu

Gauihu Daycryn was named after the then-king of Abington, Gauihu Olik, before he went mad and that realm was destroyed. He led a difficult youth and early adulthood, as his name was anathema to most people who had heard of the mad king, and he was tormented by it and his namesake. He resented his parents and family, and struggled in academic training and made no real friends. At adulthood he was disowned by the Daycryn family and sold his few possessions in order to secure passage on board a ship to Dwilight, where he hoped he could escape his namesake, his family, and start a new life of adventure. He is rumored to have found some moderate success as an adventurer, but retired before amounting to anything and his current whereabouts are unknown.
