Blackwing Family/Killtan
History
The first of the Blackwing name. He is the bastard son of a relatively unknown and unimportant noble. He grow up as his father's child in his Mansion, only learning of his real peasent mother when we was thirteen. The revelation was not without consequences, however; For when his half brother and only friend found out about this truth, he turned on Killtan, and refused to have anything to do with him. He even went so far as to ask his father that Killtan be sent away. The tension between the two culminated in a heated duel, in which Killtan accidentally slew his brother. This act infuriated not only his father, but the many of the townsfolk who saw no ill in his brother, but were wary of Killtan's dark nature. And so, Killtan was forced to flee, never to return to his home again.
After years of wandering about in the world, he finally found a place he he could call home; The mighty realm of Norland, where the weather and fiery nature of it's inhabitants was to his liking.
He bought a piece of land in Melmoor, upon which he established his new estate and adopted for himself a new name: Blackwing.
Killtan arrived in Norland during What is now known as The Viking Wars, a prolonged war between Eston and the Viking realms (BoM and Norland). A war in which he soon took an active part. The war, however, ended not long after his arrival due to Eston's civil war and the unvaling of it's old leaders' Crimes.
As time past, Killtan grew more and more attached to Norland. It had transformed him from a brooding, dark and destructive young man in to an equally destructive blabbering, creepy drunk.
