Minas Ithil's diplomacy is somewhat fluid, but Minas Ithil counts Falasan, Norland and Barony of Makar as its closest allies.
Enemies
Minas Ithil has almost no constant enemies, but the ones that they do have are generally remembered for a very long time. The only one that comes up frequently is the realm (and any of it's rebirths) of Tuchanon.
