Kinsey Family
The Kinseys were a family of minor nobles and wealthy merchants. Their ancestral estate sits in Oyonniarre.
When the Cagilan Empire briefly took custody of the Carelian region, the family was offered an opportunity to ascend to the warrior caste, in exchange for a pledge of military service from one its sons. The family gladly took the offer and sent its oldest son Enri to fight for the Cagilan Empire.
Demetre is the oldest daughter of the family. She was disowned when she eloped with a disreputable ship captain. The couple was last seen sailing away from Atamara. Her current whereabouts is unknown.
Enri is the oldest son of the family. A quiet, studious boy in his youth, Enri has grown to become an outspoken and assertive noble in the Cagilan Empire. He is the Lord of Ravening, and is currently the Second-in-Command of the Army of Calis Lions.
Francis is the younger son of the family. A restless, impish boy in his youth, his family had wanted him to join the priesthood, where he would hopefully lose his more impulsive tendencies. However, after the elder family members where unable to come to agreement over the family's "official" religion, they took up Enri's recommendation: Francis was sent to fight for Minas Ithil.
