Elmbarr is a rural region on the eastern coast at the north end of the East Island. Directly to the west is the city of Avamar, former capital of the lost nation of Avamar. A short distance to the north is the city of Sirion, capital of Sirion. The Sirion River runs along the southern border of Elmbar, where it empties into the ocean.
