Please consider using Template:Infobox RegionData instead, which automatically fetches the relevant and always-correct data from the game engine itself. Use this template for historical pages where the region data is no longer available (e.g. the sunk south islands).

To convert, use the "image" property - the first number is the world-id, the second the region-id.

History

Situated in the massive valley dividing the Aysozasi Forest outside Osaliel from the Idaol Woodlands, Cutnipaniel's woods and fields are only just now returning to their former beauty. Devastated after a series of wars between Soliferum and Nighthelm, Cutnipaniel has suffered much. The people are a hardy breed, however, no strangers to war and destruction, and meticulously rebuild their livelihoods from the resulting chaos each time.

As the largest region in Soliferum, much of Cutnipaniel's meadows have been turned into farmland in recent times, as the demand for food from the nearby cities of Osaliel and Alanurs grows ever higher. As a result, Cutnipaniel is made up mostly of scattered farms, with the occasional small town dotted here and there over the landscape. The largest of these, Blankton-upon-Vale, lies near the residence of the Count.

While the meadows may have gone, much of the primeval forest remains untouched, especially in the north along the border with Idaol. It is from there that Cutnipaniel's famous scouts and rangers come. Those that live in the forest are a breed apart from the farmers of the south, and are raised from birth to be trackers and hunters. Recognised throughout the realm, they are acknowledged as some of the finest scouts and bowmen to be found.

Northwatch

The first fortification in Soliferum's eastern defenses, Northwatch is surrounded on two sides by the Calipus River and a minor tributary. In times of siege, the fort can flood a small canal on its third side, effectively turning this fort into an island. Unfortunately, stone is rare in this region and Northwatch is constructed with wood covered by leather sheaths to reduce its susceptibility to fire.
