From what I can tell Omsk controlled the northern peninsula which consists of the regions of Gadlock, Kazakh and Kazan. They were allies with Oligarch and were destroyed by the combined armies of Rancagua and Sirion. New Omsk was formed in the same area, but was destroyed by the same forces from Rancagua and Sirion.
