Appearance and Character
Like all the daughters of House Haruka, Evangeline is of slight stature and has flaming red hair. She hates traveling by sea.
As a child, her stubborn protection of other orphans often got her into trouble. Her childhood on the streets gave her a soft-spot for the downtrodden, which she has carrier with her in her career as a noble. She aspires to have a career in diplomacy, restoring Astrum to its old borders and beyond.
She is an ardent follower of Sanguis Astroism.
