I have removed the OOC notice about the contents of this page. A link to this page was sent to the entire SA channel in an RP that states that the theses was nailed to the door of the SA temple in Flowrestown. It can hardly be considered privileged OOC knowledge of the University Dean if all 140+ members of SA received copies of the RP. Even the parenthetical phrasing at the top of the page is dodgy. It is written like it's an OOC notice, in which case it is clearly false and misleading. It should be rewritten to make it plainly an IC notification.
