An unique item probably found first by Gaylewind the Adventurer in Gallaecia in 2012-11-19.
It was later re-discovered in Eregon by Alessia the Adventurer in Eregon in 2013-02-03. The current theory of why the item ended up there is because of its former owner, the at that time Lord Justice Kenton Caelinus lost a duel against at that time Senator Garland Hildebrandt, Senator of Eregon. Alessia has been trying to reach Kenton for confirmation.
