The dreadful "Strategic Secession" plan looks like it will be passed by a vote fo 27-11. --Alex 16:07, 26 August 2006 (CEST)(Legatus)

27-11 ay? That seems to be only half the realm to me actually. If this is a true democracy shouldn't at least 3/4 of the realm vote? But thats right, 27 for votes (Avamar), 11 against votes (radical Avamarian/Oligarchian and the odd loyalist Kalmarian) the rest who haven't voted are ones who fear persecution or ridicule. Tell me, if Kalmar was truly not influenced by Avamar, why do not a single Kalmarian hold region lordships? Cheers my brainwashed friend. --Bob 10:40, 27 August 2006 (AEST)
OOC: How the heck would they manage to do this? Chaos Temple cannot secede, since it is a stronghold. How would they get Avamar Jr. with it's capital in Chaos Temple, with Kalmar Islands in Kalmar city? I suppose they could secede Kalmar city as a new realm, but that wouldn't allow them to get their new Avamar.
This seems like it would have to involve a lot of OOC manipulation of the game mechanics. I can't see the titans sitting back and allowing anything like this to happen. It seems to be a clear case of "gaming the system", rather than just playing the game. --Indirik 16:07, 28 August 2006 (CEST)
OOCish: KI's capital is chaos temple NOT Kalmar city. It is perfectly within mechanics to secede the city. Then the only problem is that the name cannot be chosen. So long as KI is known as New Avamar it won't matter that much. --The1exile 16:11, 28 August 2006 (CEST)

Does Alex's death not get a mention? Bleh. --The1exile 21:53, 26 August 2006 (CEST)

I'm getting there. Been a bit busy lately, but the death of an Itoruntian High Marshal only days after his appointment deserves something I should think :) --Bob 10:40, 27 August 2006 (AEST)

Thanks. "The battle unfortunately, we only a minor skirmish in the region of Igno just north of the Capital of Yssaria and Alex it is told fell due to highly unlikely circumstances." Actually that's south.

Also, as to Wilfred's experience he's actually less than 150 days in realm I think (his ¤lack¤ of experience made him drop out of the unofficial elections before in Alex's favour).--The1exile 19:57, 27 August 2006 (CEST)

Concerning location of Igno, my mistake I didn't look at the map when I wrote the story and its been a while since I had a character in the south or thereabouts. Interesting information about Wilfred, I'll do some minor changes in the story to accomodate, I'm aiming more for accuracy now, instead of political and propaganda warfare with the KIC (although sometimes you just have to report on the doings of Avamar :) --Bob 13:39 28 August 2006 (AEST)

Battle of Bescanon

Pre-Battle-

50 attackers (Perdan)(720 Inf, 137 Arch, 85 Cav) 51 defenders (Sirion and Fontan) (960 Inf, 210 MI, 158 Arch, 62 Cav)

Post-Battle-

Them: 446 Infantry, 17 Cavalry, 149 archers, 101 Mixed infantry Perdan: 37 Cavalry, 91 Archers, 370 Infantry

So while we obviously didn't win, it's not like they mopped the floor with us. We gave better than we got and ended up stacking them like cordwood. The only thing they really outnumbered us with post-battle was Archers, and they always outnumber us with archers.

Well, I'm not really privy to exact battle reports of realms I have no contact with am I? You do seem to have done better than what the island wide report shows it to be though. --Bob 13:39 28 August 2006 (AEST)

Oh, yeah, I know. I wasn't bitching. Just providing some nice information. Hynes 05:50, 28 August 2006 (CEST)

Sorry if I sounded abrupt, wasn't my intent :) Thanks for the info. --Bob 18:45 28 August 2006 (AEST)
