This is pretty much what I meant. Nicely done. --Aerywyn 01:29, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

Disputed Areas

Sallowsitte Cape

On this map (and the other one) the Sallowsitte Cape is not fully identified. Particularly on the other one it says the region is disputed. From the designations I brought the Sallowsite Cape is predominately above the "Ironsides Line" and thereby apart of High Toprak/Great Plains of Toprak. Although, perhaps the dispute is the fact that in my Sallowsitte Cape explanation it says the region can refer to either the three regions nearing the Qubel Channel, or the span of the Principate. If that is where the dispute lies, then I suggest considering the whole area (the Sallowwild-Nyuushi-Axewild-Girich ring) the official undisputed technical "Sallowsitte Cape". And those who prefer to use the Principate's borders (depending on if they are RPing something about the region/history) can add the other regions, and those who understand the idea of a cape as a geographical feature in relation to water can use the simple version (Sallowwild-Desert of Silhouettes and the city).

The issue of the Sallowsite Cape is difficult. High Toprak actually has multiple logical definitions. You identified it as above the Ironsides Line; however, in many senses, the more logical barrier is north of the Divide Mountains. So I have above the Divide Mountains as "definitely High Toprak," with south to the Ironsides Line as "disputed." Because, given the more logical Divide Mountains border, those areas could potentially be part of Toprak Minor (though the claim is weaker). And beyond that, they have obvious cultural identities of their own. What I suppose I could do on the next upload is label the Sallowsite Cape primarily as "the Sallowsite Cape," in the High Toprak color, then label it "Disputed as Toprak Minor," which would establish it as distinct from the definite "High Toprak" designation, preserve its local name, and represent the unclarity on the High Toprak/Toprak Minor border. Do you think that would be better? Vellos 15:48, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

Far West

Shouldn't the bright green area above the Zuma Deepness be the Far West? Or is that not a "domain"?

Woops, I forgot to label the Far West. I will do so on the next upload. Vellos 15:48, 16 July 2010 (UTC)
