South Bakker can be found in the duchy of Dark Citadel which is a part of the realm of the Assassins. A forested region that is frequently the scene of battle between Wetham and the Assassins it has changed hands a few times. With the recent military success of the Assassins, the region has seen a period of peace. It is hoped that peace will last.
Several thousand people call South Bakkers home and are generally hard working and very skilled in woodworking and iron work. South Bakker has a heavy infantry recruitment center, and the "Tyrant's Shadow" elite special forces call this region home.
