The Raivan Empire was formed on November 29, 2008. During the opening days of the war between Springdale and Virovene (itself newly formed by secession from Springdale), Duke Edward Raiva decided to seceded the city of Aegir from the Empire of Springdale. His reasons were that Agier had been cut off from the rest of Springdale by the region of Croton. To ensure stability the Raivan Empire was formed. The new government was formed as a tyranny, with Duke Edward as the ruler. The realm is known for its trade ports in Aegir, which almsot rival the docks in Springdale city for size and trade income.
The Raivan Empire has very similar aims to those of its founding realm, Springdale, which are mainly aims of expansion.
