The Princely Compendium has a storied history as a sourcebook for royal wisdom throughout the ages. Various realms and kingdoms have seen the compendium in the hands of their elite rulers, who have added secrets for leadership and inspirational wisdom to its pages with each new owner. Today simply owning the compendium instils in others a sense of awe about what wisdom of past ages you must have access to and what sort of long lost secrets the compendium might reveal. In reality some who read it may call it a scrapbook assembled by various bloodlines to brag about their own accomplishments, but the legend around it alone makes it an artifact to be reckoned with.
