Old Rancagua/The Army of the Glistening City/Court Martials

I am sorry if you are looking at this page right now, unless it is for sheer curiosity. But if not, then someone is being court martialed right now and that is a sorry thing indeed, but it must be addressed.

Court Martialing Laws

• Any member of the army can be called
• If there is a need for a court martial, one must inform the Lieutenent of the Army privately
• A Lieutenent will then issue a public statement to the Army involving:
  • Who the order is towards
  • The simple and ondensed grounds (no evidence need be presented yet)
• If a Lieutenent is to be court martialed, there are to procedures that must be followed
  • Those bringing or proposing the court martial must speak with the Army Martial privately to call for a court martial
  • If the current Martial will not annoucne his support for the martial and there is proper evidence, there must be the any of the following to force a martial through publicaly
    • 2 sergeants
    • A sergeant and 2 knights
    • 3 knights
• If an Army Marshal is to be court martialed then only the second path can be followed if the Lieutenent will not announce a court martial
