Naicatoism
Humble Beginnings
Drassech studied the ancient text of the order. He couldn't believe it. The eight Gods were the same as those he had seen prior to the last campaign in Redspan. The prophecy had come true. And sooner than he thought. Drassech remember another prophecy. That the believers of the eight Gods would spread from the volcanos of the west, to the plains of central southeast Atamara. It made sense. If it was true, then the locked room must be the head temple of the ancient religion. That meant Tarasac was the ancient capital of Atamara. If only Tsubaki knew. Drassech needed to find Tsubaki. If it was the temple, then not only did the Order of Ered Luin contain confirmation of the Gods, it was the ancient order which the Naicato had praised as selfless protectors of knowledge and the faith. There was only one step to accept his role. Change his name. After much deliberation in a secluded part of the order with a Yuidrec, Drassech decided Zeluioj was what the Naicato wanted. With that, Zeluioj left to find Tsubaki. -Zeluioj, sent to the Order of Ered Luin.
Before this though, Zeluioj talked to the Naicato in Tarasac. They gave him many prophecies. Zeluioj left on a campaign to recapture Meldeen from Redspan with these thoughts. A week later, as evidenced above, the first prophecies came true.
History
Ancient History
Long ago Naicatoism was the dominant belief. But slowly there came a heretical believe in mere animals. They were dragons. It infected the humans like wildfire. So the Naicato went underground. They sent Yuidrecs to slay the dragons. After several hundred years, all but the head dragon had been slayed. Unfortunately, the Naicato had lost much as well. The Order of Ered Luin had been destroyed as had the temples. All save for one city, Tarasac. Despite the major setbacks, the Naicato knew they would be victorious. Once they slayed the head dragon, they could begin the work of converting people back to the true religion.
Drachenwald and Redspan
Then tragedy struck. Believers in the dragon had no centralized system. They simply knew they existed and worshiped the beasts. But now, they were banding together in cities. In recent history, they even formed realms, Drachenwald and Redspan. While Drachenwald has been defeated, and Redspan has converted to goat worship, the war has not ended. Both nations proved to be backstabbers under worship of mere animals. Redspan has since been destroyed. Unfortunately, those of Drachenwald and Redspan have spread into other realms. Most importantly, the head dragon has never been slayed according to our views.
The Blackest Cult
An evil cult, calling itself the The Blackest Cult, has risen in the lands of Atamara, more specifically the Cagilan Empire. They promote evil, pain, forced prostitution, death, looting, raping, lethal drugs and many other perverted things. I warn all realms to fight them and if caught while rogue to execute. This evil must be stopped at all costs. Nothing is more dangerous than something that taunts us with the openness of their evilness.
The Dragon's Lie
Those that believe in the dragon believe that he has been slayed in his physical form. Yet this is a lie to calm the public who is slowly rediscovering the truth about the dragon. Yet we need to espouse this lie. It is true that one of the last missions of the Order of Ered Luin was to slay the dragon. So some warriors set out to do the deed. They failed. You see the Order of Ered Luin has a way of finding out the success of missions. I cannot openly tell such information as it is a closely guarded secret that would compromise security. Unfortunately, the dragon disappeared. Why would he do this? He saw the other dragons dying and knew his time would come if he didn't act. Believing he could outwit the Naicato, he believed if people believed he was dead, then he could live until he could return. He attempted such a comeback in Redspan and Drachenwald hundreds of years later. Furthermore, the Naicato have informed us, through Zeluioj, that he still lives in both physical and spiritual form. Even know, he avoids most contact with people unless they are one of his believers.
