Under the declaration of His Excellency Iosem Ezrin, Lord General of Melodia

• No noble may engage in offensive combat with troops of another nation without permission.

Fine: 25-50 gold coins, depending on the diplomatic gravity of the offense

• No noble may openly disobey order from a superior on military matters.

Fine: 15 gold coins

• No noble may invade sovereign lands of another country with out orders to do so.

Fine: 100 gold coins

• No noble may leave a combat areas without permission. This is desertion.

Fine: 10 gold coins

Sentencing

All Marshals have the ability to present any noble who directly disobeys orders to the Lord General for prosecution. The Lord General will then determine if the case against the offending commander is valid and if so, the case will be brought forth to the Lord Judge for a juridical pronouncement.
