Town

  • Ration Manager: Famine related Events(Frequency⇊), Peasant Happiness will not decline during a famine event.
  • Trade Route Negotiator: You managed to convince traders to come visit your estate more often. Trade(↑)
  • Avaricious: Wealth(↑), Corruption related Events(↑), Merchant-Minor Noble Happiness(↑)
  • Strict: Security(↑), Corruption related Events(↓), Merchant-Minor Noble Happiness(↓)
  • Quantity over Quality: Manufactured Goods(↑), Specialty(Production↓)
  • Quality over Quantity: Manufactured Goods(↓), Specialty(Production↑)
  • Coastal Estate: Your estate will gain an extra type 'Coast'. Trade(⇈), Security(↓), Bandit events will be replaced by Pirate events. Flood related Events will be replaced by Storm related Events.

Plain

  • Ration Manager: Famine related Events(Frequency⇊), Peasant Happiness will not decline during a famine event.
  • Trade Route Negotiator: You managed to convince traders to come visit your estate more often. Trade(↑)
  • River Estate: Your estate will gain an extra type 'River'. Food(⇈), Trade(↑). Flood events(Frequncy↑) will happen more often. Plague events(Frequncy↑) will happen slightly more often.
  • Temple Builder: You start off with a temple. Depending on which religion you decide to follow, you will gain different bonuses. However, you will be splitting your wealth with the temple. Wealth(Requires +1 point per level to advance to the next rank)
  • Farming Animal: Use all your livestock allocation to enhance food production(All livestock type Specialties will be removed from your option.)(Food: -1 point per level to advance to the next rank as long as you have sufficient level of livestock)
  • Discover(Mud Pits): Start off the event with mud pits. Gain more specialty options: Pottery and Bricks. Material(↑)
  • Bandit Connection: 'Bandit related Events' replaced with 'Meeting Bandits' Demands Events'. While you meet their demands, they will not attack you.
  • Lenient: You are lenient on your taxes which keeps commoners happy but nobles may think you are being too soft. Wealth(↓), Peasant&Merchant Happiness(↑), Minor Noble Happiness(↓)

  • Ration Manager: Famine related Events(Frequency⇊), Peasant Happiness will not decline during a famine event.
  • Well Rounded: Set one of the Lowest Estate Stats to 'Low' instead of 'Very Low'.
  • Bandit Connection: 'Bandit related Events' replaced with 'Meeting Bandits' Demands Events'. While you meet their demands, they will not attack you.
  • Guild Connection: Trade(↑), Increases the chance of Trade related Events
  • Hunting Permission: Food(↑), Increases the chance of Hunting related Events
