Monsters had been swarming over the region of Porl; a vast host led by not one but two powerful champions of there kind. Three adventurers stood in their path eager for glory. Lady Cryphia Dundrave was the first to encounter them, with great strength and zeal she plowed through many groups of them until the first champion stepped forward. She fought valiantly but with her equipment she could only wound the creature blinding it in one eye. After messaging for aid Lady Tojira Konran answered her call and encountered the first of the champions. After an long battle lasting many hours she was able to beat the weakened creature by catching it off guard on its blind side delivering a swift blow to the things neck. The rest of the monsters began to flee and it seemed that the remaining horde would escape however they were intercepted by Shilat Goddess. Infuriated by the monsters destruction he cut down scores of the beasts.

The final champion attempted to escape in the chaos, however its path was cut off by Lady Tojira, the beast lunged screaming and bellowing, its cast claws managing to slash across Tojira's chest. Realizing she could not best the thing in open combat she used knowledge of the local terrain she was able to lure the beast into a small cave. Unable to maneuver in such a small space with no support from its fellow beasts the alpha monster fell, a victim of its own size.

After scouring through the body a small ring was found. Upon touching it she could feel her wounds across her chest heal nearly instantaneously, Tojira had acquired the Ring of life.
