Kimura Family/Branches

The "Kimura Family" is not a true family. Originally a pure mercenary group, it consisted of three families, now joined into a single unit. However, different members of the family trace themselves back to one of three branches, and often relatives of one branch have bad relations with the others.

Talon Branch

The Talon family was known for being manipulators, rather than fighters. Often taking roles in the government or as traders, they are generally consumed by the lust of power, or greed. They seem to have no singular goal, as each member seems more or less out for themselves... Generally lean towards evil.

Talon Members

Reiss - First active militant of the Talon Branch after the Kimuras ended their period of isolation. Was a knight of Abington. Allegedly murdered by Benny Kimura.

Beak Branch

The Beak Branch are renowned warriors and heroes, often walk a holy path. Modeled after the paladins of lore, they seek to spread joy and peace across the lands, at the sacrifice of self. Many Beak members are very quiet and reserved, rarely speaking unless needed. They are also fiercely loyal of whatever realm they choose, and will die for it, even if they themselves are considered a traitor.

Beak Members

Fade - First active militant of the Kimura family after their isolation, and first member of the Beak family as well. Young, brash, and foolish, he was labled a traitor of his realm, Darka, yet chose to stay anyway. He was executed by Darka's judge.

Kiyo - Second Beak branch member to enlist, he is on a different continent than the rest of his family, having chosen life in the Colonies. There, he serves the realm of Lukon as a knight, and is fiercely loyal. Currently still alive and in good health.

Wing Branch

The Wing branch is chaotic, to say the least. So chaotic, in fact, that the Kimuras as a whole had exiled them from the family... but they've snuck their way back in thanks to the carefully constructed scheme of one of its members. Enigmatic barely describes them. They are just as inclined to comit blatant acts of evil as they are selfless acts of good. Rumor has it the family themselves has started an organization of the same name, "the Wings", which seeks to keep a perfect balance of good and evil in the world. Good or evil, a Wing can always be counted on to be chaotic, and may have no regard whatsoever for the law. Wing members tend to be priests and infiltrators, belying their dual-nature.

Wing Members

Benjamin - First active Wing militant, he formulated a plan with the help of Kiyo Kimura (Beak Branch) to get the Wings back into the mainfold of the Kimura family. Currently a Knight of RedSpan, he seems loyal enough... But is his loyalty really to RedSpan... or the southern region as a whole?

Mossimo - Ben's older brother, Mossimo is also in RedSpan. A devout follower of Da Way, he is now a Priest of it. Unlike Benny, whose loyalty could be questioned, Mossimo's loyalty is firm: Not for RedSpan, but for Da Way. While he may not die for his realm, he would gladly die for his faith.

Unknowns

Kikaider Kimura - An adventurer in Bela. Little is known about him, and he is consistantly concealed by his black woolen cloak. The only distinguishing feature to ever have been seen is a severe burn mark on his right leg.
